Since the 1980s, JDA Group and its predecessors have built valuable and long-standing relationships in Hoboken and around Hudson County. Mission 50
Mission 50 was established in 2011 as New Jersey’s first co-working space. Driven by Hoboken’s growing community of your professionals, JDA recognized the need for a neighborhood destination where freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small teams can have the space to meet, grow, network and collaborate.
The Lexington
The Lexington is an ambitious residential project consisting of 50 apartments spanning two five-story buildings in the heart of hoboken. Currently 100% occupied, The Lexington features an array of amenities including a fitness center, grilling stations and fire pit, secure building access with intercom, covered parking and storage units, and 10,000 square foot central courtyard between the two structures.
The Boundary
A multifaceted mixed-use development serving the communities of Hoboken and Jersey City, the Boundary’s four structures are designed to meet a wide variety of community needs. Commercial and medical offices, retail and dining space, an event floor, parking garage with accessible green roof, and an attached residential building bring new life to this highly-populated but under-resourced neighborhood.
