Joseph Dell’Aquila

Owner

Joseph Dell’Aquila is the co-owner and co-founder of JDA Group. A Hoboken native and first-generation American citizen, Joseph began his career in garment manufacturing before shifting his focus to real estate in and around Hudson County. Joseph is a proud father and husband, and a veteran of the Army National Guard.

Maureen Dell’Aquila is the co-owner and co-founder of JDA Group.  She was born in Jersey City and raised in a large family, with 6 siblings all working for the family poultry business. Maureen and Joseph met as high school sweethearts, and they have been together ever since.

Gregory Dell’Aquila

Chief Executive Officer

Gregory Dell’Aquila is the Chief Executive Officer of JDA Group and its companies.
He has built a reputation as a visionary for development, able to see the potential in underutilized properties and develop them in a way that transforms the entire surrounding area. Gregory is happily married, a father of two, and spends his free time volunteering at his local parish and finding new ways to support community growth and development all around Hoboken and Hudson County.

Robyn Smith

Vice President / Controller

Robyn’s extensive experience in real estate development and property management, accumulated over two decades, underscores her exceptional adaptability to market changes and her ability to address the evolving needs of tenants and clients.

Since joining JDA in 2018, she has demonstrated significant growth, advancing to roles such as Vice President and Financial Controller. Her success in these positions highlights her expertise  in optimizing business operations and implementing best practices.

In addition to her technical expertise, Robyn is a dependable asset to the team and consistently acts as the voice of reason. Her ability to ensure that every voice is heard, while simultaneously commanding the room, fosters an environment where employees feel safe and confident in their roles. Robyn’s leadership helps create a workplace where responsibilities are clearly defined, and the team feels comfortable, supported, and empowered in their contributions.

Smith’s credentials include a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certificate of Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online, both of which reflect her commitment to professional excellence and strategic development.

Celeste Smith

Workspace Manager

Celeste Smith joined JDA Management in 2021 as the Workspace Manager for Mission 50, bringing her enthusiastic and collaborative approach to foster a vibrant coworking environment. Celeste works closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders while nurturing a community that embodies the JDA Management brand.

In her role, Celeste oversees day-to-day operations at Mission 50, ensuring smooth guest relations, event coordination, billing management, and handling tenant needs. She also works alongside internal teams to provide customer education and foster networking opportunities that enhance client retention. Celeste’s hands-on approach enables her to resolve technical issues onsite, ensuring a productive workspace for tenants.

Prior to her current position, Celeste managed operations for The Lexington, where she handled the full leasing process—from initial negotiations through renewals—while maintaining vendor relationships and conducting regular property inspections. Her attention to detail and commitment to service helped build strong relationships with tenants.

As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Celeste is committed to upholding high professional standards. With her proactive mindset and positive attitude, she is excited to continue contributing to the success of JDA Management and the thriving community at Mission 50.

Declan Flaherty

Leasing and Community Manager

Declan Flaherty joined the JDA team in 2023 as a Leasing Specialist and quickly advanced to the role of Leasing and Community Manager. In this capacity, Declan oversees all leasing and marketing activities for JDA’s diverse portfolio, including Mission 50, The Lexington, and the Hoboken Business Center.

Declan is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants, ensuring the properties remain highly visible across various listing platforms and leveraging the latest technology to maximize outreach. His proactive approach has been instrumental in maintaining high occupancy rates and generating significant leasing revenue.

Declan holds the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), highlighting his commitment to professional excellence in property management. With his dynamic energy and engaging personality, Declan continues to drive leasing success and looks forward to a promising future with JDA Group.
